What it's NOT good for

Tips for a paid-faster invoice
- Use a recognizable invoice number (e.g., INV-2026-001) — clients log them in their AP system this way
- Set due date 14 days out, not 30 — psychologically primes for faster payment
- Include a payment link in Notes — Stripe, PayPal, or Zelle. Reduces friction
- Always state late fees in Notes (typical: 1.5%/month or $25 flat after the due date)
- Send before noon — invoices received early in the day enter that day's AP queue, not tomorrow's
